The best way to lose weight by eating less is to eliminate certain foods from your diet. Chips, sodas, and candies are full of empty calories that make you gain weight. You should continue to eat healthy meals, but you should start to eat smaller portions. You should put more fruits and vegetables, and less meat on your plate. You should also make sure that you eat breakfast in the morning.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This article will inform you how three members of our family have managed to lose 10 percent of their body weight over a period of 4 months, without feeling hungry and with out medication. This took place over one year ago and all three people have stayed with in 1% of the lowest weight they obtained for at least one year.</p>
<p>You start this diet by eating a your normal dinner before six pm one day. You drink at least two large glasses of water and do not eat again until breakfast, no earlier than 6am, the next morning. For breakfast you eat a good breakfast, consisting of some protein, some carbohydrate and some butter. For most people that will be one egg, boiled with no salt, some whole grain bread &#8211; two slices with some butter. You may also eat a piece of fruit or some type of vegetables. Nothing in the meal may be fried.</p>
<p>Once finished with breakfast you may not eat lunch until at least 4 hours later. If you get hungry you may snack on  chilled celery sticks, but with no filling or dip what so ever. For lunch you may eat any kind of protein and vegetable. Nothing fried and no carbohydrate.  You may not eat dinner until 4 hours after you finish lunch.</p>
<p>Make sure through out the day you are drinking a total of six large glasses of water from right after breakfast until you finish Dinner. You should try to eat dinner so that you  are finished before 5 pm if at all possible. You may eat celery at night in limited amount if hungry but better if you do not.</p>
<p>Maintain this diet, changing the type of protein and carbohydrates you eat. Except at breakfast, never combine carbohydrates and proteins. Dinner is the same meal as lunch as far as having protein and vegetables. You may eat as much as you want but no sauces.</p>
<p>If you go off the diet, restart by doing the fast after dinner like you did when you first started. This diet works, try it.</p>

Time an time again you have tried, but it is just so hard to maintain the healthy lifestyle. It takes time and effort, an those are things that are hard to fit into an already tight schedule. It is time for a change of though and a change of pace. Instead of dwelling on all of the things that make weight loss difficult, picture the positive results that will come along with losing pounds.</p>
<p>The look is what most people aim for the most. Even though the beauty standard set by the fashion industry is often unobtainable, there is no reason you should not try as long as you keep your methods healthy. An attractive body makes for a happy person. There is nothing like getting involuntary positive feedback on your personal appearance. It may be somewhat unnerving when someone stares at you but honestly is flattering at the roots. It is always so nice to achieve the perfect look you have worked for when you finally manage to squeeze back into your favorite tight pants.</p>
<p>Looking good, however, does not even begin to scratch the surface of the positive results you can achieve with <em>weight loss</em>. With less extra weight on your body you can be more active and limber with better balance. A lack of excess body fat will help you sweat less and improve your body odor. Whit a dramatic loss of weight you may find breathing easier, and not find yourself out of breath as much during physical activities. With better breathing, as well as the loss of weight itself, you may find it much easier to sleep at night.</p>
<p>With all of those benefits there is no reason you should not focus and work toward your goal. If you keep your mind on positive aspects, you will achieve much more. Keep working forward with your mind set on your goal and reach your resolution this year.</p>
